We use Royal Mail to deliver all of your Cosy Hygge Co pieces and will get your package in the post within 48 hours of your order being submitted and payment received.
As standard, all goods in the UK are sent by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Signed For service, which provides customers with a tracking number for delivery confirmation only. Parcels should be received within 2 - 5 working days of the dispatched notice.
We do provide the option to purchase a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed For service, which costs £6.39 for orders under £60 or £1.05 for orders over £60 at checkout. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day delivery. Royal Mail indicates that this is generally 1-2 day service.
With large packages, such as rugs and multiple item orders, we may use other courier services, which should take 3 to 5 working days after postage. Tracking will be provided.
